What is the 100 Free Chip Offer?

The 100 Free Chip promotion at Big Candy Casino is a welcome incentive designed to let new players explore the slot garden without risking their own cash. In plain terms, you receive a bundle of 100 single‑value chips that can be played on eligible games straight after you sign up. For many Aussie gamblers, this kind of starter cash is the quickest way to gauge whether the casino’s software, graphics and payout speed suit their style.

While the chips look like free money, they come with a set of rules that shape how you can convert them into real winnings. Most important is the playthrough requirement – you must wager a multiple of the chip value before any cash can be withdrawn. This clause protects the operator and keeps the bonus from being abused by bonus‑hunting bots.

How to Claim Your Free Chips – Step‑by‑Step Registration

Creating the account

First, head to the Big Candy Casino homepage and click the “Join Now” button. You’ll be asked for basic personal details – name, date of birth, email and a strong password. Australian players should double‑check that the country field is set to “Australia” so the system knows you’re eligible for local payment methods.

After submitting the form, a verification email lands in your inbox. Open it and follow the link – this activates your account and automatically awards the 100 Free Chip bonus, ready to use on the next spin.

Verifying your identity

Big Candy Casino follows strict KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to keep the platform safe. You’ll need to upload a photo ID – driver’s licence or passport – and a recent utility bill showing your Australian address. The verification usually finishes within 24 hours, but you can start playing the free chips while you wait, as long as you don’t try to withdraw winnings before clearance.

If the casino asks for additional documents, provide them promptly to avoid delays. Once cleared, you’ll be free to move from the free chips to real money deposits.

Understanding the Bonus Terms – Wagering and Playthrough

The core of any free‑chip programme is the wagering requirement. For the 100 Free Chip Codes, Big Candy Casino typically sets a 20x playthrough on the chip value. That means you must place a total of 2,000 credits (100 × 20) on qualifying games before cashing out any profit.

Not all games contribute equally. Slots often count 100 % toward the requirement, while table games like blackjack may only count 10 %. It’s worth checking the game list before you start spinning, so you don’t waste time on low‑contributing titles.

Payment Methods for Deposits and Withdrawals in Australia

Big Candy Casino supports a range of payment solutions that suit Aussie players, from credit cards to popular e‑wallets. Deposits are processed instantly, letting you jump from free chips to real‑money play without waiting.

Withdrawals, on the other hand, are a bit slower but still competitive. Most e‑wallet requests are cleared within 24 hours, while bank transfers may take 3–5 business days. Keep an eye on any verification steps required for larger payouts.

Popular Deposit Options

• Visa & Mastercard – instant, low fees

• POLi – Australian bank‑direct payments
• Skrill – e‑wallet with strong security

Typical Withdrawal Channels

• PayPal – usually within 24 hours
• Bank Transfer – 3–5 business days
• Skrill – 1–2 days, depending on bank processing

Mobile Experience – Does Big Candy Casino Have an App?

Australian gamblers increasingly play on the go, and Big Candy Casino meets that demand with a responsive mobile site that works smoothly across iOS and Android browsers. While there isn’t a dedicated downloadable app, the HTML5 platform offers near‑app performance – fast load times, pinch‑to‑zoom, and touch‑optimised controls.

If you prefer an app‑like feel, you can add the casino’s URL to your home screen; it will launch in a standalone window, hiding the browser UI. The mobile setup also supports the 100 Free Chip Codes, so you can claim your welcome bonus before you even step outside.

Live Casino and Sports Betting Options

Beyond the slot garden, Big Candy Casino runs a live dealer suite featuring roulette, baccarat and blackjack streamed in real time. The live tables accept the free chips on selected games, giving you a taste of authentic casino ambience without spending a cent.

For those who enjoy sports, the platform integrates a sportsbook covering Australian rules football, cricket, and major international leagues. While the free chips are exclusive to casino games, the sportsbook offers its own welcome promos – worth checking if you plan to bet on the AFL season.

Customer Support and Security Measures

Reliable support is crucial, especially when you’re navigating bonus terms and withdrawals. Big Candy Casino provides 24/7 live chat, plus an email ticket system. Australian users report average response times of under two minutes for chat inquiries.

Security-wise, the casino uses SSL encryption and is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority – a regulator recognised for strict player protection standards. This licensing, coupled with regular third‑party audits, helps ensure fair play and safe handling of your personal data.
